Shipping and Returns

RETURNS POLICY

All BrellaBabes orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not issue refunds due to ‘change of mind’. 

Returns are approved at the discretion of BrellaBabes. Any return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.

In the case of Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us at hello@brellababes.com and provide your order number as well as photos of the damage. We will then arrange for the item to be replaced as soon as possible. Please ship the damaged/faulty item back in its original packaging with all tags in place. We will assess the item upon return of the product and action accordingly. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
